Husk & Vine celebrates old and new Australia. The site is built on an old hotel and cellar called the Wheatsheaf which dates back to the 1840\u2019s. The archaeological dig can be viewed from the balcony of the dining room. Our food is influenced by today\u2019s Greater Western Sydney and its multicultural personality and heritage.
